Technical Difficulties

Since the beginning of June, you may have noticed that we are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our text-message rating system. The glitch in question was due to a system upgrade performed by our text-messaging service vendor. Although our text-messaging system is currently down, customers can still provide ratings by calling 410-205-4559, and on our website (

When we noticed the problem, we immediately contacted our vendor to rectify the problem. We are pleased to inform you that our vendor is working rigorously, and this issue should be resolved soon.
